After the judge has given a decision, it can be sent to the bailiff to “execute” the sentence. This means that the bailiff can “enforce” compliance with the conviction pronounced in the judgment.
How to Enforce?
Initially, the bailiff will order the person or company convicted to comply with the sentence. This means that one last chance is given to voluntarily comply with the verdict.
If the person or company does not comply with this, the bailiff can proceed to impose an enforcement order.
