Agile

Agile is a way of software development that has grown in popularity in recent years. Agile software development focuses on collaboration between the client and the contractor in order to reduce the risks of the project.

In the Agile method, the project that is to be executed is set up in broad outlines, after which development of the software is started immediately. Precisely defined functionalities are added to the software in a short period of time. These are often called “sprints”. Parties communicate with each other as much as possible and work together where possible. This means that there is a good chance that the software will ultimately meet the wishes of the client and the risks of a failed project will be reduced.
