Creator

The copyright maker is the creative creator of a work. The “creative creator” means that it is not the person who technically made the work, but who invented it. For example, the author of a book is the writer and not the printer who put the book together.

There are some exceptions to the rule that the “creative creator” is referred to as the creator. For example, when an employee creates an employment contract. The employer is then automatically regarded as the creator, at least if creating the work is one of the employee’s duties.
