If a legal or a natural person can no longer meet its payment obligations, the court can declare bankruptcy. The court will then appoint a trustee to be charged with the management and liquidation of the bankrupt estate.

Interest of Creditors

In the interest of the creditors, the curator must liquidate the bankrupt estate and, if possible, pay the creditors out of the proceeds.
