Disputes

There is a dispute when parties have a serious disagreement. If the parties cannot resolve this dispute among themselves, they can ask an independent party to settle the dispute. All kinds of disputes are conceivable. Disputes about intellectual property rights and contracts are common.

Disputes can, among other things, be settled by a court decision, arbitration or mediation.
