Duplicating a work means taking over or copying work. Editing a work that does not create a new original work can also be seen as duplication.

Exclusive Right

The copyright holder has the exclusive right to reproduce or publish his work.

Infringement

If a work is reproduced without the permission of the copyright holder, this constitutes copyright infringement.
