EU Trademark

An EU trademark is a trademark registered throughout the European Union. EU trademarks should be registered with the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). An advantage of an EU trademark is that the trademark is protected throughout the European Union.

Until March 2016, the EU trademark was known as a “Community trademark”.
