Executory Seizure

Execution is a form of attachment that can be seized after a claim has been assigned in a rendered judgment. The purpose of an execution seizure is to sell the assets of the debtor that have been seized and to meet the assigned claim from the proceeds thereof.

Precautionary Seizure becomes Executory Seizure

If in the procedure prior to the judgment, a precautionary attachment of assets has already been made by the creditor, this attachment will be converted into an executory attachment after the judgment has been served.
