Guarantee

A guarantee is a promise. The supplier guarantees that the product is good. There are however different types of guarantees. For example, there is a legal guarantee with the purchase: the buyer is entitled to a product that is reliable and in accordance with the information provided to it. In addition, there is also a factory or seller warranty. This is in addition to the legal warranty. This additional warranty is valid for a specific period of time, for example, for one year. If the product has a problem within that period, the customer is entitled to a solution to this problem.
