Mediation

Mediation is a form of conflict negotiation, in which an independent mediator works with parties to find a solution to the conflict. In principle, mediation is open to any conflict, provided that the parties wish to cooperate in this.

Mediation vs. The Judge

In some conflicts, it may be worth considering mediation. The judge often comes with a far-reaching judgment, while parties sometimes benefit more from a middle ground. In addition, mediation can also save time and money.

Mediator

A mediator is a specialist in one or more areas of law. The register of the Mediators Federation of the Netherlands (MfN) contains various certified mediators, including his or her specializations. So the right mediator can be selected based on the nature of the conflict.
