Soil Judge

The ground judge is the judge in the main proceedings. In simple terms, the basic procedure is the normal civil procedure. The term ‘soil procedure’ (and therefore also a soil judge) are often used if there have been other urgent legal proceedings, such as summary proceedings or ex parte, prior to the normal procedure.
