Unjust Enrichment

Unjust enrichment is when someone is enriched at the expense of another without a legal basis. The person who has been enriched without a legal basis is obliged to compensate for the damage at the time of the enrichment. It is, however, required that the enrichment can be properly attributed to the enriched.
