Prices

LAWFOX always gives you an insight into the expected costs in advance. You are therefore not obliged to do anything without a prior appointment. LAWFOX uses fixed price agreements as much as possible, but working on an hourly rate is also possible. Moreover, success fees are also a possibility. This way you always have clarity about the costs and you know in advance where you stand.

The (fixed) price depends on the desired speed, the content and size of the case and the form of the work. This allows LAWFOX to meet your individual wishes even better. The prices, therefore, depend on the specific facts and circumstances of your case. After one – cost-free! – first estimate we give a concrete proposal that suits your case.

We are happy to give you a price proposal for pre-agreed activities. In the case of fixed prices, a “fixed price, fixed scope” applies. Any other or additional work can then be charged separately, for which fixed prices are also possible. The required activities can be expanded during an assignment.

If no fixed price has been agreed upon, we usually use rates between EUR 185 and EUR 250 ex VAT per hour. These rates may be higher in an emergency. It is, of course, possible to agree on maximums or success fees. If you wish to purchase several hours from us in advance, you can purchase hours on the basis of a discount rate (strip cards). We cannot accept cases based on addition or no-cure-no-pay.

We recommend that you check that the legal expenses are covered in insurance. Your legal costs may be fully covered by the legal expenses insurance. We regularly work with insurers and can respond quickly.

We offer a quick scan completely free of charge and without obligation. Of course, it is also a possibility to schedule a meeting at our office to get acquainted and to discuss the case and the strategy. This discussion will take place on the basis of our hourly rates or on the basis of a fixed price. 

Any work and costs of third parties (such as bailiffs, courier services, experts, translation agencies or court registry fees) are not included and will be charged separately. We do not incur office costs or other ‘hidden’ storage costs.

  • Simple basic procedure at the court : € 2.000,- / € 7.000,-
  • Average procedure in court proceedings in court: € 5.000,- / € 20.000,-
  • Complex procedure in court proceedings: € 7.000,- / € 40.000,-
  • Appeal in the main proceedings: € 5.000/ € 40.000,-
  • Arbitration procedure: Comparable to a basic procedure at the court
  • Interloctury proceedings: € 6.000,- / € 25.000,-
  • Intellectual property law proceedings: Full court costs order possibility 
  • Act of transfer: € 400,-
